Inspired fragrances are alternative products and should not be understood as identical to, manufactured by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any designer fragrance brand unless we expressly state otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, fragrance notes, bottle sizes, photographs, and other information. However, scent perception is subjective, and fragrance characteristics, longevity, projection, and development may vary based on factors such as skin chemistry, environment, application, and formulation
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website and are subject to change without notice. Promotions, discount codes, bundles, and special offers may have additional conditions or expiration dates.
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when placing an order. Scentimus reserves the right to correct pricing or product-information errors and, where appropriate, cancel affected orders.
4. Orders and Availability
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. All orders are subject to payment authorization, inventory availability, fraud screening, and order verification.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline orders, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method
5. Product Use
Scentimus fragrances are intended for their labeled cosmetic/fragrance purposes. Customers should follow product directions and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
Scentimus is not responsible for damage resulting from intentional misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to product instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Scentimus name, branding, website design, original photographs, graphics, written content, logos, and other original materials owned by Scentimus may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without authorization.
